Cupra from Genoa
I was given a discount code which gave a discount but upon collecting car I was asked to show some membership which I was not aware about. The car given was a Cupra, compared to the 3008 group I booked. While they may be in the same class, the boot space is completely different. I specifically asked we will be 4 people with 3 luggage.
Other than that the cupra was comfortable drive apart from the lack of space.

Excellent Company, It Made Our Day!
We were turned down by Rental Plus, because we had only a debit card, not a credit card. Rental Plus grabbed the money that we had prepaid (the whole price, in fact) and didn't give us a refund, not a cent. We turned to Locauto, the neighbouring company, in a last-ditch attempt to save our day. Unlike their competitor, Locauto were happy to rent us a car without insisting on credit card. A debit card worked fine with them! We got the car model we wanted (which you don't get at Rental Plus) along with state-of-the-art service by Giacomo, a patient, bright and highly accomodating young man. The service throughout the rental process was smooth and efficient. Thank you so much Locauto and Giacomo. Locauto should be happy for having you as employee, Giacomo!

I will not take the car from them again.
I took the car with full insurance. And after handing over the car, I was charged another 168 euros. Taxes are OK, gasoline is OK, but the rest on what basis was written off is not clear. I will not take the car from them again.
