Overall a positive experience. Would have preferred to receive the car model I’d ordered but it was not a big deal. Staff were friendly and helpful at pick up, and also at drop off (Bologna Centrale). Car was adequate though it had an issue with the screen washers (no, the reserve wasn’t empty). Regardless would use again.

Very uncomplicated and friendly, especially the return policy.

I would highly recommend your company to anyone renting a car in Italy. The price was good for me. And Roberto at the Lecce location was extremely helpful!! He set up the GPS and took time to show me how to use it even though they were preparing to close for the day. He was also available by phone when I needed. Very good customer service!! Will certainly use your company again when I return in October.

The car I rented in Lecce was fine. However, it had no spare tyre or no repair kit. This is surely not good enough. Imagine getting a puncture and seeing that there was no spare.........

I was able to pick up the car quickly from Locauto. You didn't need a credit card to rent a car, a debit card was enough. Roberto was kind and helpful.

Exceeding expectations

Great service, very helpful, good price

Online checking was a bit annoying, but made it much easier when checking out the car. Return was quite straigh forward. The car didn't have the trunk rug, what made arranging luggade a bit messy. Jeep Renegade was comfortable, but had a very bad performance at lower gears.

Everything ran smoothly, with the rental agent knowledgeable and friendly. I would suggest that there be a sign posted about hours of operation. We tried to return the car early in the afternoon the day before only to discover the office was closed.

We had a problem with another company that ended up with no car for us. Then we went to Locauto's offices - both, airport and Lecce's - and the staff there were very friendly and helpful. They gave us a car and everything went nice and easy.
I would 100% recommend renting cars with them :)

The tire pressure was not correct when we took the car and the guy told us to go in a station and to do it ourself, which was not a problem, but it could have been checked before giving us the car.
Also, we choses a small hybrid car on the website , which was not available, and they gave us a big SUV, which was not really the way we wanted to spend our vacations.

Despite there being a small queue when we arrived in the booking office, the service was quick and efficient and the car was ready on time. It was a really pleasant surprise to get an upgrade and an automatic vehicle for the duration of the hire. The drop off of the hire car was even quicker and an email receipt confirmation was quickly sent after we departed. Excellent service

Didn’t get the deposit back! It’s a very small deposit but every little helps!

Very reliable and easy to use. The Locauto representative was very helpful and explained in detail every step we had to take so the rental would be a breeze. Also the fact that they do not charge a deposit is very big advantage.
