Amazing experience with Locauto Lecce
I had a great experience when dealing with Locauto Lecce team!
Really they are so professional and speedy.
I booked a Toyota Aygo, and when I was picking up my car, this one wasn't available, so Roberto upgraded my car to Seat Cupra, which was Amazing!!!
I really enjoyed the whole service process, pickup was quick and drop off was even quicker, and in between I had some questions and Roberto was answering quickly and efficiently.
I strongly recommend them, and definitely I will rent from them when I come to Lecce next time.

Company does not keep to the contract, afterwards they charge extra costs
Rented a car through edreams. Because the car rental company did not have an equivalent car, we got an upgrade, which is very neat. At the desk I was told that the car had to be returned at 12 noon. This confirmation also received on paper by email. However, there were still additional costs afterwards. Locauto claimed the car had to be returned earlier despite the paper confirmation. Customer service difficult to reach and also very disappointing. The contract that both parties sign is actually for nothing. Locauto does not comply with the contract. The company has different rules despite the fact that this is not in the contract. Customer service totally uncooperative. Feels like I am being scammed.
It's been six weeks now trying to get my money back, no reply on this review. Customer service has now launched an additional investigation and has decided to refund half of the money. Very weird that the company writes off my money, does not attribute their mistakes and then continues to withhold my money as a solution. Again feels like a scam, customer service ridiculously slow. Not solution oriented.
Update: 1/9/2023 still struggling to get my money back. For the past two weeks I have been ignored by customer service despite multiple messages. It has since been admitted that the car was indeed returned at the right time. Customer service still talks about a "commercial guesture" when it comes to refunding half the amount. So this is definitely a scam since the company contains money which is unjustified (by their own contract). If Marika from customer service helps you, good luck. Horribly bad customer service. I want to make clear that it has been admitted by customer service that I am right but that the money will not be refunded. NEVER AGAIN with loco rent. What a joke.

Paid too much for too little
I’ve rented cars in many places, and here is the only place where there has been a “problem” when returning the car.
Didn’t check the contract I had or the insurance I had, they just said I had to pay for damages and a management penalty. Why is there a penalty for?!? Besides, the place was really in the limit of the city.
Don’t think won’t use this company anymore.
