Location outside of City center. Nobody there at return time (closed 12 to 4 pm.
Loss of pressiere in the right back tire.

Change lock of 1,170 euros. Possible fraud on workshop invoices
When leaving the vehicle they told us that the lock was damaged (check them before taking the car), we signed the agreement. That same day they sent us an email saying that the amount of the lock repair was 1,170 euros, and they indicated the method in which we should pay and told us that if we did not pay they would charge it to our card. I asked them to send us a legally verifiable invoice, and a few days later they sent us an invoice (suspiciously fraudulent) worth 282.10 euros. We will put in the hands of justice if it was a mistake, or it is a "modus operandi" and they carry out scams.

Excellent Service from Locauto
Excellent Service from Locauto. Roberto was so lovely and explained everything properly. He has really good English which was great as our italian unfortunately was extremely limited. We got a new car, very comfortable. I would highly recommend them and when I am back in Italy will be using their services again.
