Great company
They were very helpful. They gave us a good car with low fuel consumption. It was a bit more expensive than others but they didn't keep deposit amount and we had a full insurance. We would choose again locauto for rent a car.

Excellent and speedy service
Highly recommended. Most efficient and uncomplicated car rental experience I’ve ever had. Very friendly and speedy service. It took 10min to pick up the car and 5min to drop off.

Car was in good condition but ensure you take your own photos at the start
Car was in good condition, pick up was relatively easy. However upon check out they tried to charge us for a scratch on the tyre that was already there. Luckily we took photos when we picked up as well so they didn’t charge us for it. However if we didn’t they would have taken the money for something we didn’t even do. Thankful for the support of the supervisor at catania airport for not charging us

When we wanted to return the car the office was closed and no person has adviced us that the office closed during the lunch time. We almost missed our cruise. A total disaster.

Rental car in Sicilia
We rent a car a the Messina office (Sicilia). Everything went smooth - the proposed car was clean.
We had booked a return at Rome and as well, nothing to mention except that the service was excellent.

I did research and chose a car that…
I did research and chose a car that would just barely handle our carry on luggage for 4 people. Instead of getting a Renault Clio I was given a Lancia. Smaller boot room. Was not happy!!! Asked for a free upgrade and was told there would be an upcharge. Not happy again. To top it all off I was given a car that was dirty inside and out. I have pics. Also…. No washer fluid. Not a good experience.

Marco was professional and patient as we flipped flopped on which car to take. The reservation and booking process was a Breeze. The only issue is they are closed Sunday and don't have a night drop feature.
