Pick up at Milano Cassala Assago was…
Pick up at Milano Cassala Assago was great, however drop off at Bologna Central was horrible because I arrived on time to the office, but the office was closed, by the time Locauto answered my call to advise me on the garage to drop off the car, I arrived 11 minutes late and I got charged for an extra day rental which is be refunded since the office was closed resulting in the delay.
