Quick and easy pick up and drop off.
We made the booking the day before just for a day. The pick up and drop off was smooth and easy. The assistant when picking up went out of his way to make sure the car system settings were set to English. Car was clean and in good condition. We picked this location as close to our accommodation and not having to drive through the centre of Milano.

Perfect service
Perfect service, stress free experience. The staff went up and beyond to help me out with my situation. I got a perfect car (hybrid: reduced use of gas), small and compact, in a short notice. They even waited for me to come to pick up the car even thought the place was supposed to close. Thank you!

Great customer service, I needed it last minute so pricing as very expensive but they manage to find what I needed and delivered it to my hotel, awesome job.
The 4 Star is because of the vehicle that was very noisy, like rattling all the time, very annoying.

Not appropriate service
I took an audi q5 from your company and I drive it for maybe 3000 k.m around Italy and in the screen it showed a system failure and then after a small period of time another alarm on the screen emerged that you should add 1 litre of oil in the car and I think you didn't do maintenance service before you give me the car although I paid 2000 euro for 10 days only which is big chunk of money for less satisfied service

I have received a penalty
I have received a penalty, i asked them where should i transfer for you guys to pay as i don’t understand the system it complicated.
The price will increase in like 2 days but no response on WhatsApp and calls dont go through
I have been responsible enough to let them know and ask for instructions/transaction details but no response

Service to deliver is very good,and also to pick up. Car was in good condition, however many hidden things not explained well. They blamed it on not reading contract (who has the time to read an official contract). Charged me 110 Euro for toll and filling up the tank. Find it hard to trust in future.
