Transparent booking process
Although I didn't book direct, I was able to log in to the Locauto online platform and greister all my details. I have taken out the excess insurance with the agency with whom I had booked and when I went to collect the car there was no pressure to take Locauto insurance, so the price I had paid the agend, was the only price I paid. Unlike other agency/car hire companies, the the transaction was transparent and exactly as I would have hoped for. Well done.

All went very smoothly with the desk easy to find in the airport terminal. Use the lifts to get to the actual pick up point in the car park at the end of the terminal.

Milano/Linate all good!
Linate airport pick up and drop off were completely problem free. I did not need a credit card either, but you need to check in advance. Car was almost new and tak was full to full. No waiting, no hassle whatsoever.

After a good rental experience with Locauto in Brescia, we decided to use this rental company again in Milan, Linate. We were not disappointed: quick check-out, check-in, nice people, no hassle, great car, good rates. We will definitely use this company again for rental cars in Italy.

Locauto is a professional car rental firm!
Locauto’s staff (girl) uppgraderad us to bigger car for the same price! That was very kind of her so We became very and positive to locauto !
When we picked up the car (tiguan) we were aprroached by a very impatient and not so friendly man and he could hardly any english. It was not a nice meeting. When we returned the car the staff was professional .
