Polite and pleasant staff at the counter. It took me roughly 20 minutes to finish the formalities and leave the airport. The car, a Skoda Karoq diesel, was in good shape. Overall, great renting experience!

during contract there is steeling happening between the girls on counter and one dealer inside the airport ,
they took additional 300 euro cash and again 50 euro cash to make additional driver ,
where i knew later the payment is only by card and anything paid cash is bluff

Basic vehicle with poor air conditioning.
The staff was very good. The rental and return processes went smoothly.
Although the car was new, it was very basic in terms of equipment; it lacked adaptive cruise control—a standard feature these days. Worst of all, the air conditioning couldn't handle hot days when driving slowly in city traffic, making things very uncomfortable in such heat. The Renault was far from a comfortable or well-equipped vehicle.

Excellent service and a very convenient rental experience
We had an excellent experience with Locauto at Milan Malpensa Airport. The staff were extremely kind, professional and helpful from the beginning. The whole rental process was smooth, clear and well organized.
One of the best parts of the rental was the security deposit policy. Having only €0.01 blocked as the security deposit was absolutely brilliant and made the rental much easier and more comfortable compared with many other rental companies that block a large amount on the credit card.
The car was in very good condition and everything went smoothly during our trip. We returned the car very early in the morning, outside normal opening hours, and simply dropped the keys in the secure key box, which was very convenient.
Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and would definitely rent from Locauto again. Highly recommended.
