Easy to book and the shuttle service is quite good. Some delays might be expected.
There are few problems though like the fuel you find on the check in is never full and you have to bring it back at the same level which I don’t know how it could be done.
If you have an issue for Malpensa, a number in Rome is provided. !!!

I am completely satisfied with the car rental. No deposit was required, I paid and could use the car right away. The car was in good condition, not old or worn out. I liked that some additional services can be connected online, for example, returning the car in a different city than I rented it. Full insurance provides peace of mind and comfort.

Registration to receive the car was relatively quick.Receiving the car in the parking lot was very fast, very nice, clean car. Although I did not receive the car I requested, it was very similar and it was a new car.A highly recommended company and also has the advantage that it does not charge a fee for crossing borders.

Polite and pleasant staff, efficient service
Polite and pleasant staff at the counter. It took me roughly 20 minutes to finish the formalities and leave the airport. The car, a Skoda Karoq diesel, was in good shape. Overall, great renting experience!
