I had a very positive rental experience. At return, I was allowed to have the vehicle condition checked without my presence after signing a consent, which saved me a lot of time.

There were some light scratches on the car, most likely caused by people squeezing between parked cars with bags or clothing (not by another vehicle). These were not considered damage, and no charges were applied.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming both at pickup and return. I will definitely use this rental service again and highly recommend it.

During my business trip to Milan, I used the services of Enterprise car rental and was extremely satisfied. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and everything went smoothly and pleasantly. Both the rental process and the return of the car were surprisingly quick and completely hassle‑free. The vehicle was in excellent condition, reliable, and performed flawlessly throughout the entire trip.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with the check-in experience at Locautorent – Malpensa Terminal 2.

My check-in had already been completed online through your Smart Check-In system. For this reason, it made no sense to be asked to repeat the exact same procedure again at the office, including being charged an additional €0.10 for a second time. The amount is obviously irrelevant; the issue is the principle and the inefficiency.

The staff member at the office insisted that this was the “normal procedure,” which clearly contradicts the purpose of Smart Check-In. If customers are required to redo everything at the counter, then the process is neither smart nor efficient.

I regularly rent cars from your company at Genoa Airport and have never experienced this issue there. This inconsistency between locations is disappointing.

It was also quite evident that the insistence on repeating the procedure was an attempt to upsell additional services. Customers are not naïve—if we need something, we will ask for it. Otherwise, this approach only risks losing customers. I work in high-level customer service, and I am offering this as constructive feedback.

On a positive note, I would like to commend the young ladies at the car delivery desk. They were efficient, friendly, fast, and professional. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the office staff (an older lady), who clearly need better training and process alignment.

I sincerely hope that a director or manager will read this message and take appropriate action to improve the customer experience at Malpensa Terminal 2.
