Horrible. We took the car at 9:30 pm and left it back at 1:30 pm next day. Just drove 120km to Milano and Back.
The staff said we damaged the inside part of the car (back seat) with a vomit below where we had a child chair. We did not see that the day before cause it was late night and dark. They want us to pay for this. It’s a cheating company don’t trust on them

Avoid out-of-hours key drop
Avoid out-of-hours key drop, as sadly we are dealing with a bill for damage to the car that was not there when we left the car at 05.30 - such a shame, as until this point we had a very positive experience. In the semi-darkness we did not photograph/video the entirety of the car, but left the car in good faith which sadly was a mistake on our part.
@Locauto your response below is meaningless - your team are charging me for damage that we did not incur, it is a scam and customers need to be aware. I now see a number of reviews posted since we returned saying the same thing.

Roberta was fantastic and really helpful when checking out the car. No queues. We also had a great low milage car, and so far no hidden costs, unlike other operators last year who tried to charge for damage that was already on the car before we rented it.

Friendly staff, Easy collection
Friendly staff, easy car collection. Brand new car! No spaces left to drop the car so had to ask. Snow socks were too tight for the wheels despite supposedly being the correct size.
