Outstanding staff at both pickup and return; all were very welcoming and helpful. The car was clean and in good condition. The vehicle was checked and signed as undamaged at the point of return, unlike less scrupulous operators. Highly recommended.

Everything went very smoothly from the moment I got to their Malpensa office. The personnel was very friendly and accommodating. The car was sparkling clean and brand new.

Simple and quick check in and out. No hidden extras. However, even though it was new, the MG3 was a very poor car. I would not want to drive one again.

Excellent - 5 star service
The team in the office at T2 were not just extremely helpful, but also very friendly and personable. I had been let down by one of the other car hire companies (whose staff had been borderline hostile) and it was such a relief to deal with the friendly and helpful folks at Locauto.
