The team in the office at T2 were not just extremely helpful, but also very friendly and personable. I had been let down by one of the other car hire companies (whose staff had been borderline hostile) and it was such a relief to deal with the friendly and helpful folks at Locauto.

Returning in Centrale Milano

They were helpful in every aspect of the car rental process and made me very happy. With another company I booked through Booking.com, they did not accept my internationally valid driver’s license, even though I came from Turkey. However, this company accepted my license without any issues.

Moreover, despite returning the car without even a single scratch and being a careful driver, the other company refused to rent me a car and deducted money from the amount I had paid. In contrast, this company was supportive and solution-oriented throughout the entire process.

Thanks to their assistance, I had a very comfortable experience during my one-week trip to Italy. I am truly very satisfied and would confidently recommend them.

From start to finish Locauto at Milan Malpensa was an excellent experience.
Staff were courteous and knowledgable and the pick up and drop off were super speedy. The car was fairly new and I was offered an automatic for same price.
First time using them - I will definitely use again!

All fine and efficient, save for a free signposted parking lot for an early morning return. But I could park the car in a semi-correct spot, so no issue.

Amana was Excellent has delivered superb customer service from start to finish. Despite arriving very late, almost midnight, and being the last customer, I was welcomed with professionalism and a friendly attitude.

The staff member was incredibly pleasant, helpful, and efficient — I didn’t have to wait long at all. She is a real asset to the company.

Car was great. Seamless process l.

No queues at the time that I was at the Counter because it was very late so I didn’t stand for a minute. Secondly the place was clean. The member of staff Amana was very pleasant despite that it was almost close to midnight Long day i would thought yet she was very helpful understood my concerns and my requirement didn’t try to push any extras. Just gave me what I’ve ordered. She was absolutely superb. I’d like to congratulate the company for having such member of staff she is an asset for them and I will rebook again because of the quality of service that I’ve had.

We were given a good car which we really liked.

We had to wait a little longer than expected for the pick-up, but it was absolutely worth it — we received a free upgrade to a brand new VW Tiguan R-Line, which we really enjoyed. The car was extremely comfortable and made our trip even better.

The staff during both check-in and check-out were very friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience — we would definitely recommend Locauto.
