Very friendly staff and fast service

I got great service from Locauto at Malpensa, Milano. They answered all my questions, looked up tollbooth prices for my route, rented me a brand new car and the service was fast and comfortable. Highly recommend Locauto!

I called National to specifically mention that my plane was arriving 5 min before the closure of the branch and ensure that the key will be managed through an automatic kiosk or someone will stay. National ASSURED me that having the flight number in the reservation someone will wait to deliver the keys. When I arrived to the branch 5 min passed the hour nobody was there and I needed to look for a hotel close by and pay the penalty to not stay at the hotel I had booked away from airport. A complete disaster....

Car was new, clean, hybrid so very happy there. At the office I found that there, as with others rental companies, remained a hard sell on additional insurances even though I'd paid for full comprehensive cover. It was insinuated that PlanetRentalCars (broker company) insurance wasn't enough. I had to be firm and walk away. Dropped 2 stars due to this. The guys handing the car to me and taking from me were great.
I would recommend but still watch for hard selling

They charged me over $700 for a scratch on the car. Theft.

Also, an additional 50 euro for returning the car dirty after a 11-day trip. Avoid this company.

The company was extremely cooperative from the beginning of the rental process at the counter. The staff member who handed over the car was also very helpful and professional. I rented the car for 13 days, and it was very clean and in excellent condition.

One of the best things was that no deposit was required, which was excellent. I also contacted them via email to request extra hours for the car return, and they responded very quickly and accommodated my request.

The return process was smooth and fast, and the staff handled everything efficiently. Many thanks to them for their excellent service and professionalism. Highly recommended

fast and easy, with no deposit. good support

We returned the Car sunday morning at 5 in the morning without any risks , the office of Locauto is closed at that time.( We put the keys in a special box)
At 10 We received an email that the Car had an scratch and We have To pay 500€ in 48 hours or they do take off the money from the credit card.
The minimum they should do is to send a foto of the scratch proving that there really is a sratch.
