Unprofessional and stressful experiece
We’ve been given a car that did not have an updated software and the Apple car play did not work which was essential for us traveling around Italy’s Alps. Once we asked for a replacement the same category car was not available and it took a great deal of frustration and negotiation to get another car for the same booked fee. Once we got the replacement I’ve been told that the car has no dents or scratches but once I walked around the vehicle I noticed hail dents (bunch of small dents) on the hood and on the roof. So I went back to the agent to clarify and it seemed this was also unexpected to him… So he had to refill the contract again, pointing out damaged areas. By that time my trust and patience was running out, I’ve already spent more than an hour at the car rental park trying to pick up a car. The last spin to this story was when I had to return the car to another location and some of the hail spots were not mentioned in the contract I signed (to my surprise). But what I had were the photos and the videos I’ve taken when I was picking up the rental where you could clearly see the damage. So I’ve been asked to send all of the footage to their main office for clarification and still waiting for their reply. Overall the rental experience was stressful, unpleasant and unprofessional and I will not rent with Locauto again. And I suggest to always photograph and film your rental before pickup no matter what it says on your contract!

That being said, we fully understand how frustrating the overall check-in and replacement process was for you. Regarding your concern about the vehicle's condition, we are pleased to confirm that no charges were applied for any damages, as the hail marks were correctly documented in your agreement at the time of pick-up.

Goood staff. Medium car. Alfa Romeo is not my top choice.
Goood support when returning the car even if their homepage could be more supportive - but that is the same with other brands.

Great car, slow service
The check in experience was painfully slow and the office was tiny, so most of our party were outside for 45 minutes in a room with no aircon. There was no reason for this. There was no queue, I had the voucher and all documentation ready, the car was confirmed as ready, but it took 45 minutes to give me the keys? The car, when we got it, was perfect. Better than expected even, just a really bad checkin experience.

Pick up in Malpensa was a little…
Pick up in Malpensa was a little confusing especially when you do it for the 1st time but the smile of the team and the kindness and their willingness to help in everything a young man upstairs and a young woman downstairs make you feel at comfort I hope they stay with this attitude.
The return in torino was not clear where to drop the key not only for your company for the other companies the same.

Easy pick up and return
Easy pick up and return, good price and the car was in good condition (clean on inside and outside and good tires). I had to change my booking during the rental period and it was very easy to get in contact both over phone and e-mail and the staff were very service-minded.
Locauto gives a very serious impression and I will for sure use the again if I get to Italy

Locauto unauthorized monthly credit charges of 25 Euros
I keep getting recurring 25 Euro credit card charges that I did not authorize. It is impossible to contact the Locauto company by phone. This is a terrible experience.
