Staff were really helpful
Staff were really helpful, we had a free upgrade to a hybrid vehicle, which I would highly recommend to anyone as I believe it saved us a lot on fuel costs.

The pickup location at Milan Airport…
The pickup location at Milan Airport was super helpful. Europcar denied me a rental car and almost ruined my trip but Locauto group was able to take care of me and my family. The price of rental was triple the cost of Europcar but the insurance and toll card came in clutch and was worth getting. Transaction was smooth and fast to pickup. However, the drop off at Malpensa Aeroporto T2 was long they did not have any instructions on what needed to be done. They just had people that was picking up and dropping off in the same line. I waited 30 mins to drop my vehicle off. I don’t think that is efficient. Typically there is lines for pickup and a line for drop off.

Nice car, fast retrieval, friendly stuff
The staff was friendly. There was no line to pick up or drop off the car. The car we got was quite nice and modern. The only downside was that the online registration (i.e., providing the ID, driver's license, etc) didn't work for us, so we had to do it manually at the airport.

It’s great that they now have an office in T2 at MXP. Rental was great, lovely clean and new car. It did take them 30 minutes to have a car ready, which was a little frustrating.

Brilliant service and car!
The staff were great, so friendly, polite and helpful. They spoke great English, so collection and drop off was quick and easy. The car itself was great, and the briefing was clear yet thorough. Getting to the collection and drop off areas was easy and no wait times for either. Best hire car service I've ever used!

25 minute Delay in picking up car as it was being cleaned, but speedy drop off. Car was in very good condition so no other problems. Good price. If the car was ready would have given 5 stars

Good Service
Friendly and helpful front desk service. The handover at the end of the rental was very quick and efficient. The car was in very good condition overall, although it wasn’t quite as clean as I would have expected.

Everything went smoothly apart from a few minor details
Everything went great except the not functioning car light and the chemical that was supposed to be the windscreen washer fluid which wasn’t and resulted in the window being so dirty I had to put the car in car wash.
