The vehicle pick-up process and the vehicle itself were great. However, the instructions for returning the vehicle (explanations about the exact location of the return parking lot in Terminal 1, explaining that in the early morning it would be necessary to leave the vehicle in the parking space and then place the key in a box on the door of the store's office inside the airport upon leaving the parking lot) were not provided. This almost caused us to miss our flight looking for the parking lot. We only learned about leaving the keys in the box because we were lucky enough to have a taxi driver who was in front of the airport tell us.

Pick up and drop off were very quick. Staff super friendly and no hard sell on extras. Car was also very new and clean

They stayed open long after closing time as there policy is to serve the custom even if flight arrives after opening times.

We had a wrong airport reservation, girl at Bergamo airport office was not very sensitive about it, but a girl at terminal 1 gave us on the phone, useful information on how we could move from Bergamo airport to Milan Malpensa airport and get the car that was there for us. Both girls at terminal 2 and at delivery parking were kind and helpful as well as the lady at return point at Bergamo airport! We paid 87 euro to return the car to bergamo airport and we begun our holidays! When people are away from home, eager to start their holidays that really tried hard to provide, it is crucial that staff shows sympathy and propose affordable solutions, because it is something that could happen to every body!!! People do make mistakes.

The only issue was when we dropped the car off at Genoa airport we could not fill the car with petrol as the service station was shut and we were charged again for roadside assistance. Fortunately the second charge was dropped

Since I was going to drive in Switzerland it would have been good if they'd been able to provide a car with a vignette already registered or explained the need for it.

Greatfull help on location, nice en brandnew car.They were very flexibel on moving the reservation from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 :-). Only thing is that they are unreachable by phone.

Overcharged at the return of the vehicle without a clear explanation of the expense that I would have challenged on the spot. I was recommended by my Italian colleagues from my company sourcing department to rent from Locauto for a personal trip but I initiated a company internal control to remove them from our suppliers list.
