Good overall experience
Good price, office was not easy to see, then had to go to different location (not too far away) for car. Insurance was an additional charge. Car was clean but lots of little bits of damage/scratches that we were glad they noted prior so we weren't charged for them. Easy return at airport and no additional charges which was great.

I had booked a Volkswagen T-Roc through…
I had booked a Volkswagen T-Roc through booking.com, but I was given a Seat station wagon instead. I was very pleased with the car—it was comfortable and had a spacious trunk. The only downside was that it didn’t have a navigation system, so we had to use our mobile phones. The car had a few minor damages, but they had been recorded beforehand. I returned the car at Milan Malpensa Airport; finding the drop-off area was a bit difficult, but the return process itself was smooth and quick. Overall, I was satisfied with the service.

Scam company
Scam company.
When I dropped off a car, rental office was closed before closing, no one checked a condition. I made 15 photos of the car without any damage.
Next day i got an email about paying for damages I didn’t do. Without any photo or video proofs.
According to EU rules they should to provide proofs.
Now I plan to send an abuse to European consumer center Italy and tell them about they trying to scam me.

Its was very bad experience
Its was very bad experience, I booked the car almost two weeks ago before the day of pick up day, and what I surprised that on the pick up day I have got a different car than I ordered, smaller and different than the order, like less than half tank not full tank like I ordered because I was in hurry to go to another city and no have time to full the tank, and the other thing when I return the car and how they treat me.

Very clean and well presented car
Very clean and well presented car. The car we were given was an upgrade apparently. However, it was much bigger than we orders so made it a little tricky when driving around the roads of Lake Como. It was the only automatic that they had apparently, even though I had ordered it 2 months earlier.
The pick up and drop facilities were good.
