Find Benjamin at Porta Romano!
I might be the most loyal customer of Locauto since moving to Milan and yet they always manage to surprise me with their friendly attitude and kindness. I have always been renting from the Malpensa office as they were really nice and it was really convenient for me however recently I had the pleasure to rent from the Porta Romana office and I think I’ll be sticking here for a while. Benjamin, the employee working at the Porta Romana office, was so helpful and very knowledgeable, especially in the language of English, which was an important shocker considering in Italy the English language is generally neglected. He was the sweetest in terms of customer service. I would recommend Locauto and the Porta Romana office 100%. Thank you so so much Benjamin once again for everything, you’re the best!
