When picking up a car, it is worth doing the check-in online, it shortens the process as much as possible in the office itself. I reported a Volkswagen Golf, but I received another car (Seat), but it was not a problem for me. The car was clean, in very good condition. Most importantly, when returning the car there was no problem with "looking for" damage. The employee only verified whether any new ones had occurred. I did not incur any additional costs.

In general my experience was fine. But the person who stays in the garage and brings the car to you, is very disrespectful. I just asked one question to him about the cars available in the garage and he just said "this is car is good for you, please go away". I went back to the office and explained what happened in the garage.

Easy to get and drop off the car

Very convenient, quick and competitive price! The Car is in excellent condition. We picked up the car from milan centrale and drop off was in MXP airport with easy access and the instructions was clearly written. Airport drop off is just 2 mins walk from the departure gate which made our experience hassle free! I highly recommend them next time you are in milan.

It was out of stock and they upgraded us to a new Audi A3 at no extra charge
And we gave good tips for driving in Italy because of all the cameras and areas where tourists are not allowed to enter by car

The manager from Milan did not warn me that the time of returning of the car in Milazzo coincides with the closing time of the office in Milazzo on Saturday (13:00)
As a result, I had to lose more than 3 hours and more than 200 euros to return the car at the Catania airport and return to Milazzo by taxi(

We had a trouble with our car, the system suddenly broke down at 12 o'clock, but those things sometimes happens. I was in San Gimgnano with almost 40 degrees and my parents who are 70 years old. The problem was with the road assistant. I called them once, they asked me just for my phone number and they told me they would call me back and I was waiting for almost an hour. I called them twice, it was the same, another hour, no one called me back. I called them a third time, but with a different phone, finally they asked me some details about my contract and my problem with the car, they told me that they would send me the assistant from Siena to my point and I had to wait for 45 minutes to pick up my car, no one came, nobody called me anymore. I called them again a four time, as it's logic I was very upset, they asked me again all my details because they couldn't find my practice, when I called them many times, I told them my contact and car details, even to the Siena and Milan's office, but I didn't have any answer from those. So, this four time the man took my details again and he told me the same than the last time, I had to wait 45 minutes to bring the assistant to my point. While I was talking with him he was laughing because I told him I would report this situation. That was more frustrating, even when no one came after another 45 minutes. At least, after 4 hours and all those problems with road assistant I could contact with Milan's office and that man was superb nice with our situation, he sent us finally and directly the mechanic who told us he received our practise at 4 o'clock, 4 hours later than the incident. Then, we had to call to the taxi by our own because nobody answered at the Siena's office, the near one, and we had to return to Florence airport by our own to pick up the replacement vehicle. We were waiting 5 hours and half at the incident point. Anyways, I would like to express my positive opinion about the Milan's office who reviewed and resolved our trouble quickly when he knew the circumstances. Thank you very much for that.

Easy communication, good car

Car was much better than what we had paid for - automatic instead of manual for example. The car was also almost new. The service and pick up worked great. Drop off was a bit slow due to multiple drop off's at the airport.

The personnel were very gentle and everything was fine.
