Excellent staff and support from our travels to Italy. We had to change rental car companies at the last moment and Locauto was able to help and provided a new car for our rental. No issues at all and would recommend them for anyone needing a good quality rental and support team.

Quite expensive. But helpful staff. They even agreed to refund the cost of renting a baby seat that we had with us for a week but, in the event, proved to be too small for the baby we went to see.
