Good experience.
The waiting was too long, and all chairs for the waiting were occupied. Apart of that, the process was easy. The shuttle outside is too small for so many people who were waiting, I honestly don't understand how are they not expecting theses amount of tourists. The car was new and clean. It was Easy to return it.

Smooth, fast and great value – highly recommend!
From pick-up to drop-off, everything went perfectly. The handover was quick and efficient, the car was in great condition, and the price was very reasonable. We also rented a child car seat, which was exactly what we needed and worked without any issues. The whole experience was stress-free and professional. Would definitely rent with Locauto again!

Comfortable experience
The first contact at the office desk was already very pleasent. Everything from pick up to return was easy and convenient. Every employee has been kind and friendly and we got a very nice car, which made our trip comfortable.

Pick up was long but polite
Pick up was long but polite. Price was fair. Car was well used and outside was not very clean. However at drop off, the agent was nice but had to inform me of a €50.00 penalty for them to put 1/8 tank of fuel in car. Ridiculous!!! Too many choices to use Lucauto again. No thanks

When picking up the car there was…
When picking up the car there was damage. I had the “no worry” insurance so that was no problem I was told. And it wasn't. Car handed in, everything ran perfectly. Car in perfect condition, clean and no hassle afterwards.

Quite expensive. But helpful staff. They even agreed to refund the cost of renting a baby seat that we had with us for a week but, in the event, proved to be too small for the baby we went to see.
