What a relief to find a car-rental company that does not place exorbitant amounts on hold on your credit card. No fuss: simply fill in the form, collect the car from the car park, and drive away. Returning it was just as easy.
We received an upgrade from a VW Polo to a Peugeot 2008 — a perfect, practically new car.
After this experience, along with similar positive experiences in Croatia, Madeira and Tenerife, our motto is: rent local.

The car I was given had very dirty seats, and it was even missing a part of the trim on the right front wheel. Overall you have be a beaten up car.

The car was clean, new and any damage was already noted with nothing hidden. Good value.
Quick pickup and drop off with Marko being very helpful and spoke good English for clear instructions on drop off.

Very easy pickup / drop-off, no hassle insurance options, car was the perfect size for four people and their luggage. Drove from Sorrento to Venice with zero complaints!

Pick up service very poor.
Attitude of hand over staff was rude, impolite.
Did not answer questions.
Condition of vehicle not great, driver front wing gashed not fully attached.

Booking the car online was very straightforward and quick. The pick up process was easy. The car we were given was perfect and ran very well. The drop off was a little chaotic with no instruction as to where to leave the car.

we'd just had a VERY bad experience at another car rental company in Naples airport, but Locauto/Enterprise was exemplary in resolving our issue of being let down previously...the staff were all extremely helpful and polite, the car was great and they saved us from an otherwise very expensive taxi option!

Very nice car.very good organization.
Exept one point:
At the end of our travel, for one unknown reason, the car refused to start.(as if the battery were completely disconnected ,but it was not that, we verified) So we phone and the women said she will call again and she did'nt .By chance the car finally started.When we left the car,the receptionist said all is OK and our problem could happend(at least,that's what we thouought we understood).
It coud be a problem because it was just before catching our flight home.

The staff was very helpful, the directions clear. Car was clean, no issues whatsoever.

New car with low mileage. Competent and friendly staff during vehicle pickup and drop-off.
The only downside was that, even though we had filled up the rental car just one kilometer before the return station at Bari Airport, we were later charged 8 euros for refueling just under 4 liters of petrol.

It is always easier to use a car hire company that is situated in the airport. However, the signage to the office, information and signage to returning the car should be improved. This is a general comment for all car hire companies at Naples airport.

New cars, professional staff — highly recommended.

They did not have the vehicle that I wanted at the time we picked it up. The vehicle they gave us was dirty and the tires were at the end of their life. The vehicle was also not equivalent to the one we chose.
