Great experience
In the airport you have a whole floor for all rent companies. The girls welcoming me were so nice. I had made a reservation of a manual car but big for 5 persons, they did not have this specific car but made everything possible to get one. You take a shuttle to the parking lot which comes every 10 minutes so it’s very practical. The guys at the parking were super nice and appreciated that I spoke a bit Italian, I think it’s always cool to show you are doing your best to fit it! The car was super recent, clean and easy to drive. I took it for 1 week and the check out went perfectly. Great experience!

Fiat Panda
We were meant to get a Toyoto Aygo, we were given a Fiat Panda. Car was fine and only 40k on the clock so it was a new car, only issue was there was no spare wheel and the car had a slow puncture. If we got a blow out on our trip we would of needed a tow. We Drove from Naples to Palermo, which is over 800Km's.
The staff were very helpful in both pick up and drop off, had to shuttle to pick up. Drop-off was very swift and beside the Airport.
I would use the service again but I would pay for a higher spec Car

Memories from Amalfi
Picking up the car at the airport terminal went smoothly, and the distance to the parking lot could easily be covered on foot, although a shuttle bus was also available. The staff was very friendly, all my questions were answered, and as a bonus, I received a bigger car for the same money. The only thing I expected but didn't receive was a vehicle handover report, because I dropped the car off in the parking lot very early and left the keys in a drop-box.

When we went to get the keys
When we went to get the keys, the customer service staff didn’t give us any explanation about how anything worked. Later, when we went to the car, the guy explained everything to us properly. However, he also told us that the reception staff should have explained everything to us and treated us better.

Easy process, collection and drop off
The process was easy, there were no issue, I have booked a van there was 7 of us. Vehicle was pretty new, it had external damage, but it was market obviously before handover. Return was equally easy. No complaints in my case.

I've given the review 5 stars, however there's always a few pointers for improvement :-)
Collection of the car is very easy from the airport. You get transferred to the car lot to collect your car
The only thing I would say...it was a shame I didn't get the exact car I book. I was offered an upgrade but at a cost, which I declined. Instead, I was given a small Jeep Avenger. Though is small car it can be a little difficult squeezing through the narrow roads on the coastline (Amalfi). Also, when I took the car, it smelt of cigarette smoke which was a little disappointing.
I also recommend when you collect the car, take a video during the inspection.
Other than those minor things, the staff and arrangements for the collection and return was very easy. I will definitely be booking from this place again!
