Highly recommended, will use their service again surely.
Staff at the airport both on arrival to pick-up the car and on drop-off for departure were extremely gentle and explaining everything, especially in regards with the insurance policies. Car was great, and as booked. Was offered an upgrade upon arrival as well, although could not accept as we preferred a small car.

Very very unpleasant staff and they wanted a credit card with full name and surname. We haven’t got car and no restitution.

Nice rental experience
I had a good car rental experience. We get an almost new Lancia Ypsilon hybrid in a very good condition with a full tank. The staff processed the paperwork quickly without persistently pushing additional options. Next time I will rent from the same company again.

Perfect car rental experience
