Very helpful staff. I got a vehicle that wasn't suitable for my trip came back few days later they helped me find a more suitable car. Very pleased with the staff outside Palermo airport.

Customer service was really good, everything was explained in detail. The staff was accommodating with the car itself. It was a very positive experience.

no credit card needed, they didn't ask for a deposit and were incredibly friendly throughout the entire process (unlike other car rentals we inquired). it's the cheapest and overall best deal you can make at the airport!

The car hire was pretty smooth. The woman on the desk however tried to convince me that there were no petrol stations near the airport so it would be better if I paid for the top up with them. I declined as it was untrue. The guy in the lot where we picked up the car couldn't have been more helpful, mid height with a beard. Helped me connect my phone to an unfamiliar car Android Auto. On return, no hitches.

Very easy to rent, no troubles with the car, and overall great client service. Not trying to milk you for money or to sell you a car insurance you probably won’t need.

I got a brand new car. Took the car in very short time. Brought back also in very short time. Staff were extremely polite and professional. No need of deposit during booking.

After having a pre booked car we experienced rude customer service when we went to pick up our car. After having some issues with our IDs which were quickly rectified we were told that our pre existing booking was no longer valid and had to book directly with the service desk. This increased our rate from 450 to 580 euros. The original booking we paid for a jeep or similar and were given a much smaller car than we paid for/ originally booked. Due to us being tired and late in the day we wanted to get out of there but we were not happy particularly with the rude service and the car we were given after paying for much larger and more comfortable car. We would not recommend this car service again and won’t be booking with them when we return.

Getting the car was easy. Everything was ready. Staff was friendly!

Reliable and efficient. Car was in good condition and they are fast to give the car and take it back. Access to both airport and Palermo office is easy.

Will I come to them again, probably yes.Polite staff, but the car was a little dirty and not prepared for the next customer, there were no carpets, damage to the roof was not included in the documents, but even when it was handed over, it was issued to me, but next time I will ask to replace the car, or if there is no second one, I will have to ask to cancel the booking.

Both pickup and return were quick and efficient, making everything smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a great rental experience. I would definitely use Locauto again and highly recommend them.

Quick and smooth processing both at the terminal check-in and during the car handover at the parking lot. In the terminal, we were also told that it would be advantageous to pay for the fuel in advance—meaning we pick up the car with a full tank and return it empty—as it is difficult to find a gas station around Palermo Airport. At first, we were naturally skeptical, but we decided to go with this offer anyway. In the end, we were extremely grateful that we did.

Locauto is always a great choice when renting at the Palermo airport. Staff is good and quick and cars are excellent.

In Catania airport no navigation signs to Locauto. Poor instruction about the location provided by staff. Very difficult to find it. Car was good.

We originally booked with another car company. I had no idea that there’s a difference for out-of-country citizens as I was unable to continue with that reservation. Luckily, we tried the American companies, specifically Enterprise located with Locauto Group. With no problem at all, the gentleman helped us get our contract initiated for our stay in Palermo. The services were efficient and friendly and very understanding of our situation.
