Given the circumstances and the pressure at the rental desk after travel arrival, I felt compelled to purchase the additional insurance despite already holding valid coverage.
I consider this situation misleading and inconsistent with the information provided in the booking and insurance documents.

We rented two vehicles for a class trip. Everything went flawlessly. The staff were friendly, helpful, and—even when dealing with existing damage—consistently professional; we really appreciated that. There were no attempts to sell us any additional insurance. Simply professional and customer-oriented.

The service was perfect
The service was perfect. I've opted for an upgrade in the location and got a much better car, automatic and a little larger, so the trips were much nicer. Pick-up and return were made verry fast by the staff and all was just perfect.

Great car, Great staff, Terrible Policy
Airport staff were professional and friendly and our car was brand new. Very discouraged that we were required to pay a significant amount for an additional driver because I had booked the car and my husband was doing the driving. When you’re bleary eyed from a red eye flight, this is the last aggravation you need. Also an unfair and terrible customer service policy.

We would like to clarify that, according to the terms and conditions stated on your voucher, the broker specifies that the rental agreement must be in the name of the primary driver who made the booking. Because the reservation was made through a third-party broker, the contract is strictly between the customer and that broker; unfortunately, Locauto cannot make any changes to these external reservations.

Quick, helpful and very efficient pick up process by friendly staff. Great car...brand new. Later on day 1 noticed that a letter from car logo was missing...sent photo to office who replied promptly that this had been noted....great service! Quick and easy returns process. Definately use LocAuto again. 5☆ service from start to finish.
