Landed in Palermo and my rental company did not have a car. Locauto was there to save me. They processed everything quickly with a suitable car and we were on our way! We also saved money!

After returning the car at the airport outside of office hours—with no one there to receive it—I recorded a video of the entire vehicle, so I wasn't surprised to receive a claim for a damaged door. Which, of course, was not the case. Apparently, this is common practice among rental agencies in Sicily. Naturally, I forwarded the file—along with the dated videos—to my legal department.

The check-in guy in the airport was not super welcoming, but (Marco?) gave us a great service when delivering the vehicle.
The checkout information is quite poor and I can’t find any written confirmation that the vehicle was without any damages at delivery. However, not line and friendly people at pickup and return area.

Very good all the time is the best one

We are very satisfied with the services provided bu Locauto. We rent a car from Palermo Airport and we did the online check so there was no Q, as soon as we arrived we took the car. The car was relatively new and in good condition. The check-out was also fast and we didn’t had any issues. Also, we took the Don’t worry insurance package son in case that there are some small scratches on the car they’ll be covered by that package. Also they’re giving the option to pay with debit card, something that most of the companies doesn’t offer.

Easy pick up at the airport in Palermo. The Locauto counter was easy to find in the arrival hal, the staff was friendly and accommodating doing all the paper work. The pick up as well as the return of the car went smoothly as well. All in all, it was a very good experience and I absolutely will recommend Locauto.
