The check-in guy in the airport was not super welcoming, but (Marco?) gave us a great service when delivering the vehicle.
The checkout information is quite poor and I can’t find any written confirmation that the vehicle was without any damages at delivery. However, not line and friendly people at pickup and return area.

Very good all the time is the best one

We are very satisfied with the services provided bu Locauto. We rent a car from Palermo Airport and we did the online check so there was no Q, as soon as we arrived we took the car. The car was relatively new and in good condition. The check-out was also fast and we didn’t had any issues. Also, we took the Don’t worry insurance package son in case that there are some small scratches on the car they’ll be covered by that package. Also they’re giving the option to pay with debit card, something that most of the companies doesn’t offer.

Staff, service, booking proces, right at the airport, rent and drive

Easy pick up at the airport in Palermo. The Locauto counter was easy to find in the arrival hal, the staff was friendly and accommodating doing all the paper work. The pick up as well as the return of the car went smoothly as well. All in all, it was a very good experience and I absolutely will recommend Locauto.

Hello, the girl was very helpful and we get car very fast with debet card, with no problems. Before we have a lot of problems wirh booked car at Sicily by car, because we did not have credit card on drivers name they did not want to change the drivers name so we have to cancel reservation on our costs. Well, the car was clean, and by returning car we just leave car keys in the box on the airport.

The car was ok, no problem with it. But we checked-out at the agency in the centre of Palermo, we arrived 35 minutes late to drop it and the man in charge charged us 59 additional euros saying he couldn't do anything else than charging us for an additional day! I perfectly know I was a little late and that it was my fault but I don't accept this lack of simple "humanity". This locauto agency downtown Palermo is exploiting customers/tourists and I will never rent another car with this Locauto again. I suppose business is business but I don't like this mentality (and I am used to rent cars in foreign countries). And watch out for the fuel tank when you pick-up the car, mine was not totally full although it was written that it was on the paper!

Good prices, easy to book and no administrative problems whatsoever.

They will NOT give you the car you rented. You'd probably get a car full of scratches. When u return the car, they will find a small scratch among them which was there before and claim that you did it, so give us 300-500€, whatever they could take from you. Don't book then if you dont like stress on travel.

I went to Locauto/Enterprise at Palermo airport after problems with my reservation at different company. Locauto - they had car and rented me car with debit card(i had my credit card in virtual form in my phone). For 10 days Skoda Kamiq it was 840€ with full insurance. Car looked like new, had 35000km and drove well. I had not any troubles at return, literally 0, they just checked the fuel, because of full-full policy. BTW I cleaned the car, fueled it to top and arrived at agreed time for return. I was satisfied, had no problems and everything went fast and smooth and 10 days with full insurance for 840 was ok price either.

It was seamless, with no hidden costs. Everyone was professional; it was a perfect experience.
