Easy, fast, affordable and friendly!

Great Cars and top Staff, the worker there gave us an Update without paying more.
I had an Little Crash and Little scratches on the car but the Team did it really fast and handle it with no Problems.
I can recommend locauto, (of course with Full Insurance).

Very easy, quick, and transparent, unlike Europacar and Expedia.

Car was excellent ! But staff is so un professional. No client service at all. They are just here to give you the car and get back. Less they talk better they feel. It’s so uncomfortable. Especially at the drop off at the airport, quite a nightmare. We took the car at the city center it was ok, not the best service as well but ok.
Fortunately, the car was really good.

Extremely disappointing experience with Locauto. I have never experienced such a complete lack of customer service and willingness to find a reasonable solution.

I had a car reservation with Locauto in Palermo, but due to an unexpected situation beyond my control, I was unable to arrive at the originally indicated pick-up time. As soon as I became aware of the issue, I contacted the company to explain the situation.

The following day, I called the rental desk, fully prepared to take the car and continue with my reservation. Instead of trying to help or find any reasonable alternative, I was simply told that the reservation had been considered a “no-show” and that I had lost both the booking and the money I had already paid.

What is particularly frustrating is that there was absolutely no attempt to find a solution. They could have offered to reactivate the reservation, modify the booking, charge the difference for the additional day, or simply help me make a new reservation. Instead, the answer was essentially “you lost everything” — end of story.

I understand that rental companies have terms and conditions regarding no-shows. What I do not understand is the complete lack of flexibility, customer orientation and willingness to assist when the customer is standing in front of you asking for help and is still willing to rent the vehicle.

The staff were completely unhelpful and showed zero interest in resolving the situation. There was no guidance, no alternative offered and no genuine attempt to assist.

For me, this is not what customer service should look like. A company can have strict policies, but good customer service is about how you deal with exceptional situations and whether you make an effort to find a solution.

Locauto chose to enforce the policy without even trying to help. I lost the money I had paid, lost the reservation and was left without a car during my holiday — despite being willing to take the vehicle the very next day.

Extremely poor customer service. Completely inflexible and, above all, absolutely no customer-oriented approach.

It went all great and simple. Booked through booking.com and had no extra costs

Easy pick-up and drop-off. The rental company is directly at the airport, with both the key pick-up booth and the car pick-up location right there. No waiting around, which made everything very convenient.

We got a great car that was even better than what we had booked. It could have been washed before we picked it up, but honestly, I didn’t mind — it was going to get very dirty anyway after the first trip to the beach and back.

The fuel policy is like-for-like. Since the tank was full, they offered a no-brainer option to pay €100 and return the car empty. If you get a bigger car, this might be worth considering.

I've used Locauto's services several times and recommend them for their reliability and excellent customer service. The paperwork, picking up the car, and returning it - everything was quick and easy. Since the previously reserved car was not available, a higher-class vehicle (hybrid) was provided at no additional charge.

Perfect, no problems

Everything was perfect, fast check in & fast check out.

Taking out and getting the car back was simple and easy. All in all there was no fuss about the car or the whole procedure.
