There were no problems with a service, only surprise was a need for physical creadit card, maybe virtual one (in mobile phone) could be considered. Gentleman there was fine.

NEW car abd great services. As most of the cars we saw at the return parking. The oick up was fast end efficient The return in Palermo, was comlicated as we left our camera in the car. but the locauto team wroeked hard to take it back at the car wash. Very appreciated !

After renting cars in many countries over the years, I can confidently say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a rental company. The service was fast, efficient, and completely stress-free. The staff were welcoming, courteous, and always willing to help with a smile. The vehicle was spotless, in perfect condition, and the entire rental process—from pick-up to drop-off—was seamless. Excellent service all around. Highly recommended!

The car was as expected when booked on line. The Fiat Panda was new, in excellent driving condition, with good air conditioning. The interior seats were a little dirty upon pick up, but not much to complain about. We got great service in English from Giuseppe at the Notarbartolo location in Palermo. We booked with Locauto because we believed they had an overnight key drop option, but this was only available if dropping off at the airport, so needing to return the next day to hand over the key was a bit inconvenient. However, EVERY car rental agency in Sicily is closed on Sundays, so this is just good to know when planning your road trips!
