everything worked perfect and in adequate time.
The only thing I would mention ist the not good to recognize is the "Locauto" sign at the airport of Catania. The Sixt sign which is located nearby is much easer to realize.

Had no rez and got car no problem
Man checking us in was very nice.
He even called the next day to tell me the railway station office would be closed at noon.
I knew that and had scheduled an airport drop off, but still very nice of him to make the effort.

We had a good experience with Locauto. Picking up the car was very easy. We bought the full coverage insurance, and turned down any additional insurance. We dropped off the car at 6 am before opening hours and that went very well. All in all, it was a good experience.

The cars are well maintained, the staff is really nice and customer oriented and the rental as well as return of the car is not complicated at all. The fact that we could drop the car off at the airport for a very small additional fee was very convenient.

The car was clean and worked well and was ready on time. Drop off at Catania Airport was a problem to find the return garage.

Great experience renting this car. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. Pickup and return were fast and easy, and the staff was professional and friendly. I would definitely rent from them again.

Quick and seamless pick-up and drop-off. The car was very new.

The car was ok and in good conditions , but the rate we paid for 3 days was very expensive , they charged a lot for all risk assurance, and for one hour more in case we returned it later, because we picked up the car one hour before in Palermo
Then in Palermo Office didn´t give us the correct information about the cost of returning the fuel tank , as they told us thet was better to pay the full tank, as near the Catania airport was difficult to fine oil stations( was not true) and will be easier for us , but we didnt spend all the tank only half , and we have paid it full 100 € , so we think that in the office must give the right information

Everything was so good. We rented the car without any problem. The staff were so helpful. The car was so new and clean. I definetely recommend Locauto.

I booked the car for 7 days through booking.com and also the full insurance at the same time. However, when I arrived to pick up car in Palermo, the young man told me the insurance I bought was not accepted by Locauto and tried to make me buy their insurance for 30Euros a day (almost the price of the car itself)! He was a bit of a bully about it and not that nice. Also, on day 2 onwards, the car kept saying it had No Wiper Fluid - so they did not check it properly before pickup. Lastly, trying to return in Catania was difficult because of the construction and signs are not great. Took 30 minutes to find the return area. Nice car but experience wasn't great overall

First of all, all Locauto employees are super friendly and helpfull. Documents wre signed fast and easy, Don't forget to procceed with online checkin before your rental start to simplify and speedup the process. Car was in a great condition, but some minor cosmetic defects.
