Problem with return car in Catania
Problem with return car in Catania - lack of information in Palermo from service about other way on the aiport in Catania due to renovation. (also incorrect adress in google).

Easy pick up, a very new car. Take a photo of the amount of petrol in the tank before leaving, so that you know how much to put in before the return. (I returned to the airport so can’t speak to this branch’s return process.)

Best Car Agent Ever (Giuseppe)
I have some good experiences at car rental offices, and some bad ones. I have never in my life had an existierenden like I did yesterday in Palermo at Locauto. Giuseppe was very warm and friendly, and made us feel like we the honored guests of Sicily. Giuseppe knows his job extremely well and answered every question we had with lightning speed accurate information. And Giuseppe honored every crazy request that we made of him. I will tell all of my friends that is they want a car in Sicily, skip the internet searches and just call Giuseppe directly. Molto Grazie, Giuseppe!

Giueseppe provided first class service from collection to drop-off, and was quick to answer our question when we phoned during our rental too. Would definitely rent from this office again.

I picked up a car in Palermo and left…
I picked up a car in Palermo and left it in Lecce 14 days later. The car was an Opel Corsa, fairly new and everything worked fine.

I had a good experience with Locauto…
I had a good experience with Locauto because everything went smoothly, without any additional cost although we took a full insureance ( 5 days, 152€). Car, Citroen C3, was clean and OK for drive (1100 km for 5 days).
