Helpful Staff
Sabrina was a great help when the train strike interfered with out rental plans and Eva was very helpful and informative when we picked up and dropped off the car. It was an easy and simple process from start to finish.

Unprofessional stuff …
I went to retur the car and get another car as I still need it and I was charged 50$ without knowing for what ? I was treated unprofessionally and offended that my credit card that I had just rented the car I was bringing back was not good to rent another car . I have never felt humiliated and mistreated like I did here . It is sad and I will never recommend or return at this place . They need to hire more professionals stuff . A total disappointment. Not to forget they went to lunch and let me wait for 2 hours bit to ever give me a car , I have the worse things to say about this place .

The people at both the pickup and drop off locations were great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. The person at the pickup location gave us some good advice related to directions and other items that were very helpful. Both pickup and drop off went smoothly. Best of all, the price was significantly less than the more well known rental agencies. All in all, a great rental experience!
