Waited 1h 20mins in a queue to collect the car at Ravenna (Italy). Still too much paper work and extra charges, despite pre booking.
Poor car quality. It had over 20 dents, scratches etc. After driving off the low tire pressure light came one and had to manage a slow puncher.
After being told we had the ‘any fuel level’ on return included, the airport (Milan LIN) had no record of this (nor did we) so added a further 40mins on to our return whilst we had to go and fill up.
Overall, a poor experience and one which, to me, felt like the car hire industry (based on other recent experiences), still has much to improve on their customer experience.

The service was unacceptably slow and the staff appeared uninterested in providing assistance. Despite calling ahead to announce my arrival, I was forced to wait for an hour and a half outside of a locked door. Furthermore, the vehicle provided was in an extremely dirty condition.

2- got the car with the paint damaged ( as it was informed in the form) and got charged after returning the car! Again there was a huge line to return the car and I had to deliver the key and thrust the attendant ( unfortunately she was not honest).

The overall experience took 90 minutes before we got our vehicle. They were helpful, but the 2 customers ahead of us each took 20-30 minutes each. We were not acknowledged until I had been standing in front of the counter for 50 minutes.

People at the desk were very kind and helpful for all our necessities. In Ravenna city may need additional personnel departing and returning cruise days.

We were waiting at the Ravenna location early since our cruise discharged us early. Even though the location opens @ 9am on Saturday the gentleman on shift that day opened up earlier and helped us get on our way sooner. It was much appreciated and great customer service. The return process was simple too. Since we had to be at the airport at Bologna earlier than they opened they had parking spaces and a drop box at the Sixt rental booth to drop off keys, which was very convenient. Thanks for a great rental experience!

Perfect rental company

Pros - Customer Service Representative very helpful and very friendly.

Cons - car was smaller then expected and couldn’t accommodate all our luggage.

The car did not have gps as requested so we expect our bill to be adjusted to reflect that.

Other then that we had a very favourable experience.

Very professional, kind, calm, clear, when collecting the car and at return. The car, a Seat, was good, nothing to complain about.
I would recommend this company in Ravenna to anyone.

Every thing seemed fine until after I returned the car. When I inspected the rental car before signing the document, I noticed a at least 6in slight scratch. The employee confirmed with me that the scratch was on record, even though the location was off on their record. Because of ester holiday, I had to dropped off the car while the office was closed. Of course, I received a 340 euros damage claim the following day for that scratch, which because that they didn’t record properly. When I reached out to their customer service, they firmly demanded me to pay the charge for the reason that I signed the document. Luckily, I took both pictures and video when I was inspecting the car. These also include some other “damages” not appropriately recorded. I guess they just need one to claim for extra charges. Anyway, I have sent them the evidence, but am still waiting for them to give me an explanation and apology.

Easy Rental from Mestre Station near Venice. Very Efficient. On drop off in Ravenna there were no taxis to get us, or others, to the Cruise ship. The owner worked out bringing a number of us to the terminal. Amazing customer service!
