The dimensions of the chains did not…
The dimensions of the chains did not match the dimensions of the wheels. I brought this to the attention of an employee. My child and I went to the mountains and it was important. The employee promised to resolve this issue, even called somewhere. But there was no solution. I was forced to buy normal chains and use them to keep my family safe.
When I returned the car on 23/01 around 10:00, the office was closed and the phone was not answered. I had to wait about 30 minutes outside. I have used the services of Rentlcars in Lockauto a lot, this is the first time I have had a negative experience.
I hope that the problem is in management only in the Ravenna branch, and this will not spread to our further cooperation.
