Best Car Rental Service In Italy Bar None 😊
I have used Locauto at Campino Airport a couple of times now. And I have to say their service gives me great confidence. I know in the vehicle rental market there can be many hidden fees or many ways for businesses to try and earn extra money. But I see clearly that Locauto is a truly honest family orientated Italian company. They have great value values and have never tried to charge me extra. They are always very clear reminding me to take videos of the car. On drop off the was great as always, checked the car, made sure everything was good, and then instantly said, “okay there is no damage, I will close the contract for this can now, and everything is good.” So instantly giving me peace of mind that there would be no extra charges.
I am collecting from Locauto again in 3 weeks, and I really look forward to it. 😊

I’m very disappointed from your service. I have to return the car at Fiumicino Airport instead of Civitavecchia Port, because your office closed earlier than your employee at Ciampino office told me, need to search another transport in a hurry, almost missed my cruise, and pay extra money. And nobody answered my phone calls to support me.

Efficient collection and return. However, the car felt as if it could have done with some servicing. The brakes were noisy. Staff were very helpful

All's well that ends well...
The car was in good condition, which is good.
However, problems arose on the road: the engine oil level indicator came on, and later the tire pressure indicator come on. The oil gauge was dry, the oil level was critical, all tires were half - empty, less than 1 atm.I had to look for special oil and order an inflation service at a gas station. I saved my trip and YOUR car.
Conclusion: The car was not properly prepared for rental..!!! In addition, I had additional expenses and stress.
