Having what competitors lack!
I was using other car rental companies but because none was open till 10 pm to enable me collect a car, I had to come to you. That was already a positive point in your favour. The next was swiftly receiving the car without any bureaucratic hurdle to jump.

Very quick pick up at Ciampino and same qucik process at drop off at Fiumicino. Kind staff at both places.
BUT: the car was kinda dirty inside + had some strange (not normal) noise from the engine. Cars should be checked and cleaned before delivering them to clients.

My experience renting a car from locauto was great. It was my first time ever. The car drove well, clean and renting price was just ok for me. It was continent for me.
The services was fantastic and reliable and great customer services.

Consistently great company
Consistently great company. I've rented from Locauto several times in last twenty years. I've never had a problem, always pleasant to deal with. My last trip to Rome, I arrived late evening to pick up car, nice girl at Ciampino airport sorted my rental with minimum fuss and professionalism. No scam surprises when I returned the car at 4am whilst office was closed unlike another company. I was definitely rent from Locauto again.

Everything was really fine
Everything was really fine! Se enjoyed our trip. Just one bad thing, that our car had sticker on passenger window in thet place that you can't see normally mirrors.

The final lady that I communicated with…
The final lady that I communicated with we had a very complicated logistical situation and the first man was very blunt and not too understanding but the final email i received was very reassuring and the lady very helpful. So the car was fine and all the female staff I dealt with had very good english and were very helpful but perhaps the gentleman could have some customer service training. The lady at reception aldo very helpful snd the lady who checked over the car with me. So overall i gave a 5. Thsnk you very much I would use the company agsin.
