Misleading staff
We arrived to pick up the car one hour earlier than scheduled. The lady at the desk informed us that we could collect the car an hour earlier only if we agreed to return it an hour earlier as well. She then added an extra fee of €80 to our rental. In the end, the price we paid had nothing to do with the price shown on Booking.com. I do not recommend this company.

The total includes the extra services you opted for when collecting the car. Furthermore, since we were able to get you on the road earlier than your scheduled pick-up time, your 24-hour rental clock started sooner. We always remind our customers that this means their drop-off deadline is also earlier. Unfortunately, since the car was returned after this updated time, the system automatically generated a charge for an additional day.

Regarding the cost of the insurance, we would like to clarify the difference between the products. The coverage offered directly at our counter is a "zero-stress" protection that reduces or completely eliminates your financial liability on-site; in the event of damage, you do not have to pay anything or open claims.
On the other hand, the protection purchased through a broker usually operates on a refund basis. This means that if any damage occurs, our company must still charge you according to the rental agreement, and you will then need to request a reimbursement from the broker directly.

Service was grate no pressure on…
Service was grate no pressure on getting quotation the car I orderd was small as there was 5 of us but for fee I got 5 seater don’t recommend getting this if u drive in Napoli or over places south as cars to big for streets I suggest using smaller car the car we had fantastic staff grate no pressure to by extra insurance upgrade easy drop off easy to well explain will use again
