First company was doing problems saying that they gave my reserved car to other customer because I am late few hours, but after dealing with them I got car of same category.

I would not recommend this car rental company based on my experience.

After returning the vehicle, I was charged €360 for an alleged scratch on the rear door. However, I have video evidence showing that this mark was already present when I picked up the car. We specifically asked an employee about it at the time, and were told that very small scratches were not recorded in the inspection report.

I have submitted evidence from both vehicle pickup and return showing that no new damage occurred during our rental period. Despite providing this information and formally disputing the charge, I am still waiting for a response.

What makes this situation even more frustrating is that the charge remains unresolved while I continue to incur additional costs related to my credit card limit and finances.

Another concern was the strong pressure to purchase additional insurance when collecting the vehicle. After we declined the extra coverage, it feels very unfair to later be held responsible for damage that we believe was already present before our rental.

I hope the company reviews the evidence fairly and resolves this matter promptly. Until then, I would advise customers to carefully document every part of the vehicle with photos and videos both at pickup and return.
