Very helpful staff, last minute booking. We made a walk in booking, (after having booked initially with Autovia whom it turned out didnt actually have a car available when I got to the airport) Anyhow we had an amazing trip, made possibly by Locauto. Would recommend them wholeheartedly. Locauto were easy to contact on the phone in English when we needed to extend the booking too. Would go with them next time.

Car rented with no issues. Clean, new, all worked well. Renting was super fast and returning as well. Service was nice and helpful. Only 0,01€ deposit and available with a debit card. I really recommend :)

unfortunately, my experience was not entirely satisfactory.

First, the air conditioning system appeared to be contaminated with mold, which caused an unpleasant smell inside the vehicle and made driving uncomfortable. This is not only an issue of comfort but also of hygiene. We had to drive without the conditioning on because it was causing breathing difficulties. It was extremely unpleasant because it was very warm and hot in the car.

Secondly, the fuel gauge did not function properly. Even after refueling the tank to full, the indicator did not show a full level, which made it difficult to assess the actual fuel status and caused unnecessary concern during the rental.

I would recommend that the vehicle be thoroughly inspected and maintained to prevent similar issues for future customers.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve the condition of your vehicles.

Good, but You need to think about possibilities for foreingners to pay by a telephone because in other country plastic card and casch is not in use for everyday and We forgot it and had a problem.

Easy and simple without so many bureaucratic documents, I only deposit them for gasoline, then I was lucky enough to rent a completely new 600 to the very friendly staff and without so many very strict formalities. Super happy and recommended 100%

Very fast working staff! They were all kind and very helpful. My only small issue is that I didn't receive the car I wanted and booked, but as the contract says i got a similar vehicle and it was all fine.
