They was very fast with checking all the papers and I’ve got the car in minutes.Easy to access . When returning the car just park the car in their parking spot and drop the keys and that’s all . Surely if come back I will get a rental from them .

The best service I've ever experienced
The best service I've ever experienced. They provided me with a brand new car, which made my vacation even more enjoyable. After many visits to Italy, I finally found a car rental company I can wholeheartedly recommend to anyone. I'll definitely be back, my dears. Unfortunately nowadays there are cars still sold without a navigation system and this is the reason why you can find no nav in some cars of our fleet, specially the economy and compact ones. Locauto offers the chance to rent portable navigation systems or also the routers wifi if the customer prefers to use his device but has no datas in Italy.

Highly recommended
I prebooked the car with DiscoverCars. The Locauto staff were friendly and flexible. The car was in good condition. The instruction on how to get to parking from the airport could be more specific (e.g. number of parking, and the distance from the airport - it’s not necessary to wait for a shuttle bus).

Unfortunately, a very bad experience. From the first contact with the company representative who told me that I had arrived 30 minutes earlier than the time I had made the reservation and i have to come back at the reservation time even though he had no other customers.Although I had made the reservation for an Audi A3 or similar I received a Skoda .the most disturbing thing was the attitude of the employees

Very good experience i was a bit…
Very good experience i was a bit worried after reading some reviews, however it was the complete opposite picking up the car and dropping it off was simple and easy. They offered me a newer car for extra €20 which i was a unsure about they showed it to me before i paid which was great, as i had booked a manual and they upgraded it to a newer auto hybrid car.
Picking it up took no longer than 20mins
Dropping it off was just 15 mins.
Francesco was great polite and very helpful with everything.
