Staff were friendly
Checkin was quick
Return was quick and efficient.
Only downside was car provided had been well used and had 13 marked up items of damage ... this is a lot to check over and to make sure there were not any additional areas.

Friendly and polite reception
Friendly and polite reception. Swift service and taken to car, the damage on car was highlited. Was offered 'roadside assist insurance? Never ever before had this been offered by any rental company i have used in the past?
Car was clean but not imaculate. After driving 60km on motorway the 'tyre pressure' warning light was illuminated, stopped at 'services' and inflated all tires, the next morning checked tyre pressures and all ok? Checked oil level and NO oil appeared on the 'dip stick'! Bought 1lt of appropriate oil from local garage and added to engine! It is obvious that 'maintainance on the car is lacking!

All was easy and good
All was easy and good: we got a nice car just not very clean inside. All the procedures were great. I will use the next time - just please use a vacuum cleaner before allowing customer to open the car and I will evaluate 5 stars!

The car was fine
The car was fine. The service was fine. I do have an issue with being encouraged to take Roadside assistance for a car that is not mine though. I did not take it and had got additional insurance for excess cover separately. I would rather that zero excess was available for peace of mind.
