Excellent (other than returning car at FCO airport)
Excellent experience. Did not give 5 star because of confusing difficulties on return of car to FCO airport in Rome.
Signage is terrible!
But once found our way staff was excellent- and helpful.
(Also, we noticed that signage for all rental companies was very confusing!)

Locauto excellent service
Locauto officials are welcoming, always available to talk to. In my case, I had to request rental extension on two occasions by phone; and it was hassle-free.
My family always hires from Locauto because they have competitive rates, and their cars are always well maintained and clean. They provide an impeccable service.
