Locauto excellent service
Locauto officials are welcoming, always available to talk to. In my case, I had to request rental extension on two occasions by phone; and it was hassle-free.

The Fiat Panda was a good car
The Fiat Panda was a good car. We extended the rental several times and that was simple and easy. I had just been pickpocketed in the metro on the way to the office and the person helped us deal with that.

Perfect rental
Perfect rental. They are very kindness and helpful. The cars were very great (we took two cars), the child seat almost new. The price was extremely best value for money. I really recomend them.

The drop off at Rome Ciampino
The drop off at Rome Ciamalpino airport is very difficult for anyone with multiple cases. A courtesy trolley or staff assistance would help.

Locauto in Roma Eur is a very good option for those wishing to rent a car to go out of city centre. Access to the motorway from the office is a seamless experience.
The prices and options at Locauto are amogst the best one can get in Rome. On top of that, the staff were super friendly and spoke very well English.
Overall, I could not recommend Locauto more for a car rental in Italy.
