The Locato staff in Siracusa Italy was friendly, helpful, and great to work with. Best of all, after Eurocar rejected us because we did not have EU driving documents, Locauto said "no problem". The car was in excellent condition, with no issues. Highly recommended. Definitely will rent from Locauto again.

We needed a car for five days in Syracuse, and we got a nice Opel Corsa for a decent price + coverage. It was easy to rent, easy to return, and all the communication was very clear.

Good Experience Renting a car from Siracusa Office
We made a last minute decision to rent a car from Locauto in Siracusa. Federico in the Siracusa office was very polite and professional throughout and was able to get us into a good standard of vehicle the next day. Unfortunately, we had a flat battery one morning due to an interior light being left on, but Federico was able to help us get a breakdown truck out very quickly as we do not speak Italian and we were back up and running within a couple of hours of finding the problem. Although not ideal to have a flat battery, these things do happen and it was the response to it that was important to us and prompted me to write a positive review.

A very good experience from start to finish. We were apprehensive about the whole car hire scene after having read so many horror stories. But Federico in Siracusa was top-notch: very friendly, helpful and professional. We had a comfortable car - VW T-ROC - and a stress-free pickup and drop off. Thank you, we'll certainly use LOCAUTO again.

The best customer service
The best customer service ! We picked our car from Syracuse and dropped off at catania airport. We were having difficulties with other rental company and Locauto was so accommodating super easy to talk and I would highly recommend them and would definitely book with them again!

No need for international drivers license
After our Europcar rental booking was rejected because I didn't have an international drivers license, we walked into Locauto around the corner and drove off 30 minutes later. Great service, good price.
