Everything to do with the car worked great. I am particularly happy with how responsive Locauto were when I needed to contact them about extending the rental, and how smoothly that went.

Staff were good, helpful, easy process. Car was mechanically fine and equipment likewise. However, the seats stank of sweat and a nasty deodorant from whoever sat there earlier, that was grim.

Great car
Great car, no hustle checking on or returning the car. The issue was that nobody checked the extras (snow chains) and windshield wiping fluid. So i had to drive back to Udine to get it.

Great service from staff and good cars
Great service, we always rent Locauto from Bologna, Venice Treviso. Staff very kind and helpful. Cars are always in good condition and safe to drive. Would recommend for sure to rent with them.

Excellent experience with Locauto
Excellent experience with Locauto. The car was clean, modern, and exactly as booked. Got upgraded to an SUV from a 5 door small car which was brilliant. Collection and drop-off were quick and straightforward, at 2 different locations with friendly and professional staff throughout. No hidden charges, clear paperwork, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Would happily use Locauto again and confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free car rental experience.

Ho visto un aumento di oltre €180 al momento di ritirare il veicolo perche' non munito di gomme da neve. Da un prezzo iniziale di poco superiore a €180 sono passato al doppio. Altra chicca l'addebito di quasi €80 per 8 litri di carburante. Orribile esperienza da non ripetere mai piu'.
I saw an increase of over €180 when I picked up the vehicle because it wasn't equipped with snow tires. The initial price of just over €180 doubled. Another surprise was the charge of almost €80 for 8 liters of fuel. A horrible experience that I will never repeat.

Complete crooks
Car not clean when rented and no check made by staff and no papers provided to check marks
Returned and said caused marks, which dispute, and said if signed could dispute - did so and then said they were incorrect and means I admitted marks
Then provided no way to contest this - no email address and no contact
Finally took 190 euros
And I paid extra for their insurance!
Completely unprofessional - AVOID

One of the best car rental companies I have ever used. Everything was quick and easy, without unnecessary questions. The car was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, smiling, and professional at both pick-up and return. The phone conversation with the staff member was also very helpful, and we arranged everything in no time.
