In total a good experience, everything worked well. The young lady at the desk was correct but not overly friendly. She had the same mood when I returned the car, but other staff at the location are more service-minded.

Peugot 208 was good
Customer service was Good
But
Customer needs to download Peugot App to be able to operate the cars Apple play system and AC controls .We had no idea on how to work the simple things like the radio and AC controls.(and neither did staff )
You cannot just drive off and go if you need navigation and AC.

We hired a van from Locauto Trieste Airport. The van was like new and the handover and return were very efficient. The staff were really nice and helpful too.

Great experience - recommendable
We waited 5 minutes at the airport, the car was perfect and new. A really nice driving experience. Check in at the end was super easy - a guy was already waiting, took the car - it took 2 minutes and we were off. Super easy, nice and great. I would always book with Locauto again - thank you!

We were a bit concerned given the references we were reading all over, but it all worked perfectly. We paid online, got the car that we wanted, which was given to us by very helpful workers. They gave us tips about what we needed to do in order to cross over to Slovenia.
When we returned, we checked the car together, and there was no funny business in trying to get money from us for things that weren't true, as we'd read in some comments. It was great for us.
Got what we expected, no extra cost, cheap and reliable.
