The lady at check-in was very helpful…
The lady at check-in was very helpful as I had made a mistake with the dates, so she found another car and sorted all out.
More importantly, the benefit of getting full insurance was huge. We were caught in a massive hailstorm that damaged body of the car, and there were no problems at check-out.

Location of rental kiosk was somewhat…
Location of rental kiosk was somewhat challenging to find as signage is limited. Administrative staff was helpful and professional, as was staff where auto is provided. Walk through and check process was very efficient.
Our drop off was at another location, and the contract/agreement address was their rental office at Milano Train Station. After visiting office, drop off location address was provided. Would have been easier if this is provided in the documentation.

Staff at the counter and the pickup place are very helpful and gave detailed instructions. They did not push customer to add options or additional insurance. The overall experience is great. Highly recommended!

Hassle free return
Very easy pick up and hassle free return. I wasn’t pressured into buying their own insurance and wasn’t charged for anything on return. The car was new and clean. My second time renting with them (first time was in a different location) and I highly recommend.

Car was better than I expected
Car was better than I expected, no problems with the rental process. Staff was nice and return was super smooth.
Only problem that takes away one star was that at Venice airport there was a huge line to the rental desk. I had 13 Numbers (customers) before me and in 30minutes line decreased with only 3 numbers. At some point I realized to check if online check in was possible and thank god it was, that speeded up the process. I wish this would have been mentioned somewhere on site. After that it was super smooth.
Will rent again with Locauto.

All went great, car was picked without delays, I had a luck to have a free upgrade of car category. What I also liked is that car was collected back when we arrived at the last day, checked when we were around so we were sure that no damage suprises were spotted after coming back home. Good service and good car. The only downside is having to take a long time waiting for others and filling out all information at the rental desk after having provided all the information before online.

Very good and would use again
Read a small number of negative reviews but have to say based on my experience I’d definitely use them again.
The staff were great, no pressure to sell insurance (I booked through a 3rd party and used their insurance). I was offered a BMW or Audi and when I collected the car - which is a short walk from the hire desk I collected a virtually new Audi A3 with only 1200km on it. Drop off was equally easy - and again the staff were very nice and professional.
