Such easy and painless pickup, everything included such as snow socks, even though already fitted with winter tyres.
Skoda Karoq was a great car for 4 adults and a teenager with full bags for skiing (1×20kg + 4×10kg + backpacks)

Easy, practical and convenient to rent. Only issue is with winter tires. Make sure that you are educated on the conditions and circumstances requiring winter tires vs snow sleeves.

Easy booking process, helpful assistants at the airport and great car. Would highly recommended this car rental company.

Nice car, great service from the lady in the desk in verona a/p. Good english, reception and presentation. No deposit as promised. Only minus that they CHARGED 44 EUROS FOR ONLY 10 MINUTES of an unexpected delay of the flight.

The car itself was great. Exactly what we wanted. I just wish that at the stations would have seating for the elderly and disabled. My father had to stand a long time while I was getting the c a r in verona.

Hello, the process of renting was pretty much ok. We were a group of 6 people (3 kids) and we rented two cars via Booking.com and used their insurance. However one of the cars broke down when we were heading back to Verona Airport.

After contacting the Verona Airport Locauto Office, the lady said it's not their responsibility to deal with these issues. Are you serious? You rent a car which has a problem, it wasn't a fault of the driver, or any other driver, the car was just in a bad technical condition, and you don't feel responsible?

After being given a phone number to contact the assistance service, the guy on the phone took all the information, but didn't send anyone to reach us, while we were standing in the middle of the fields, waiting for help.

If it wasn't for my sister's insistent phone calls, she wouldn't have arranged a towing car coming her way, everybody was clearly unfazed by the situation.

I had to use our second car to get the whole family to the airport, asked at least for not having to return the second car on time - credit to the ladies in the office - but was not pardoned for not being able to refuel the tank, even though I was recovering your fault. Afterwards, you charged me 82 EUR for 14 litres of gas. Congratulations.

Before you reply that your terms and conditions are given, that we didn't take an insurance from you directly and other blah blah blah, think twice about the customer experience you have just created by not offering a helping hand to a mother with a small kid after you rented them a broken car, left them to deal with the situation by themselves and even charge them a completely insane sum of money.

We are just curious how are you going to handle the situation with the broken car itself, if you are going to charge someone for your own wrongdoing...

This is not the first time I rent a car from this company in Italy. And I am always satisfied. Nice cars. Impeccable service! I always take it with full insurance, so I am completely calm. The only problem was the lack of parking spaces when returning the car, so I left it in a place for cars from another company.
