Enjoyed the rental
For me it was a good rental experience, smooth and quick check in and out.
The car was nice, and I encountered non problems during rental.

Very efficient collection
Filled out all info before arriving so just collected the key, checked the car and left. Wasn't a busy time so as long as they have sufficient people to check the car when collecting or dropping off the system is very efficient.

Very good rental process
All went smooth with rental process, the stuff was helpful with a smile on their face. The was in a good conditions for a rental one, of course can't compare to the one you own, but gave no issues!

Excellent car hire , snow tyres would have made it better.
Excellent car hire , great experience at Verona Airport. The staff were great and the car was new and very clean . I have already booked to use them again in June . One thing I think they could offer ( maybe as and extra option ) is winter tyres. We hired a car to drive to Ortisei in the Dolomites on our return the mountain roads were quite bad . They do supply snow socks and they did work but they a very hard to put on and get off so in my opinion snow tyres would be far better .
Still all in all a good experience with Locauto. Thank you .
