Great value trip and our driver was lovely. I think communication with times etc could be better. There was no information given on return times when booking nor once we arrived. Relying on word of mo... See more

Great scenery
Great scenery, lovely day, Braemar in the sunshine in April! However second stop was Inverbervie, no shops including coffee shops open! Although there was not much in the way of shops etc anyway. Apparantly its Half day there on a Tuesday. We wondered about and finally found a co-op which did takeaway coffee. This should have been better thought out by Loch Lomond Travel.
Mystery
We book mystery tour. We got call to say that the 2 mystery tours they were combining to one and pick up would be hour later. Looking at pick ups I said time for this I said could you confirm if this is Balloch as I live there he said definitely not going there will be opposite way. After spending more money to get to pick up point only to be brought yep you guessed it Balloch. Never again. Booked few trips with another company

Had a great day went on a mystery trip to portobello, I had never been there before was a lovely wee walk along the front then browse the shops ,then on to Edinburgh for lunch, great way to spend time with family and friends 🧡
Excellent service
Ease of booking, prompt pick up, friendly driver made our day trip to Blair Drummond Safari Park very enjoyable will definitely be planning more trips with them
Magical mystery tour
Had a fantastic mystery tour, great driver, great destination , even the horrendous weather didnt stop a coach full of travellers having a blast. 3 unknown destinations taking in the countryside and scenery along the way. Some local shopping with friendly banter with other travellers made it even better! Dont be shy of being a solo traveller, you will meet others doing the same too! Fantastic trips for a amazing price too! Win win for sure!
A fab mystery tour
Our mystery tour today was a really pleasant trip. Tony, our driver, kept us guessing. The coach was clean and comfortable. We had lots of time to explore our destination, Inverary. It was a good value trip and I would recommend anyone who has not tried it have a go you will enjoy yourself
Mystery tour to South Queensferry and North Berwick
I had a great Mystery day out on Saturday 11/04/24.
The trip was to South Queensferry and North Berwick, which I hadn’t visited before.
Plenty cafes, bars and shops to browse round and lovely scenery.
Would recommend the Mystery day trips.
Great driver
Great driver, knowledge, friendly and chatty. Well organised and enjoyed our trip.
The King Robert hotel motown party night
Went on the tribute party night couldn’t fault it was superb from start to finish our driver graham looked after us and made sure we had everything we needed.
Our first stop was to Linlithgow nice wee town plenty to see and do then it was onto the bus and up to the king Robert hotel where our tribute party night was taken place.
The 3 course dinner was delicious couldn’t fault it after that the tribute act started and out came Ralph our singer he was fantastic, He sang all things Motown and did a few request’s. The night came to an end so we all retired to bed and after a wonderful sleep it was morning time so
It was up and ready and down for the wonderful buffet breakfast.
After that it was checking out time so we all headed for a wee excursion to Stirling before travelling back home it was definitely worth the money and the hotel was in a prime location just on the outskirts and was next to the battle of bannockburn lovely peice of scottish history right there oh and not to
Mention the lovely staff at the hotel they looked after us from the moment we checked In to the moment we left a 10/10 experience would do it all
Over again.
mystery tour from Halbeath…
Excellent mystery tour from Halbeath P&R to Lindisfarne (The Holy Isle) then North Berwick. Coach was lovely (even though the seat numbers were all messed up and we couldn’t get the seats we booked). Driver was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Would definitely recommend and would book again.
Too much in one day
Unfortunately the "mystery day trip" just tries to fit in too much in too short a time frame. Pick up Dundee at 9am then on to Perth and finally Halbeath before the tour actually started. From there we went to the Kelpies but only had 45 minutes there, which was enough time to grab a couple of photos, hurry down a coffee and scone then nip to the toilet before going back on the bus for a long drive to Helensburgh. We had longer here so was able to get lunch and have a wander around the shops before the final stop at Loch Lomond Shores for 75 minutes. The choice of shops here is poor, though there are other things to do, but not in that time frame and would suit kids rather than a 65 year old woman on her own. It was 7:30pm when the bus arrived back in Dundee so I had no tea that night. I'm sure plenty of folk enjoyed it, but it would have been better with just one or two stops to get the benefit of the time there, rather than a whistle stop tour of several places with no time to really enjoy them. If we're not going to get back until after 7pm, it might be worth the company looking at a stop for high tea. The driver was friendly and fun.
Fantastic day out!
We went on a mystery bus tour and had a fantastic day! Comfortable coach & a friendly driver. 100% will do this again!
I was on the Mystery bus tour on Sunday…
I was on the Mystery bus tour on Sunday 5th April. Bus was lovely and clean, bus driver really nice and could ask questions at any time. Loved the places we went to but only issue was with it being a Sunday nowhere was open. This was referred back to driver who would send this information on to the company. Got everywhere on time and would definitely go again but maybe during the week when more things open.
So Saturday was another adventure with…
So Saturday was another adventure with Loch Lomond Travel off to Saint Andrews and Anstruther with driver Shaun. The weather was kind for the first half of the day before it changed, however a coastal village and town is always atmospheric in all weathers. Took some great photos of the day.
Mystery Day Trip
We had a wonderful day on Saturday on our mystery day trip! Weather wasn’t the best but it brightened up a little as the day went on. First stop was in Dunure for some coffee and cake! Then we headed to Stranraer where the weather was a lot drier and we had some lovely food and were able to shop around their charity shop! We love for a charity shop and Stranraer has the best deals, I mean 49p for a book !!! We then stopped at Girvan for a wee short break where we needed with a chippy tea by the harbour although it was extremely windy as Storm Dave was on his way so we held on to our food for dear life before heading back home! Bernie was an excellent driver, very friendly and welcoming! We hope we get him on our next tour! Can’t wait to book the next one!
